About Kailah Gittleman

Born and raised in the South, Kailah became a New Jersey resident in 2011 where she lived in the beautiful town of Manasquan. She graduated from Monmouth University with a Communications degree and quickly realized that with her vibrant personality and sweet southern nature, she wanted to be known to others as a 'people person.' With her additional studies in Business Marketing, she developed an understanding of the importance of networking that continues to define her approach today.

After college, Kailah began working as an outside sales representative for a local media company, where her proven track record soon led her to become the firm's top sales producer. Becoming successful in this challenging sales world only helped sharpen her expertise in communication, negotiation, and customer service.

In 2019, Kailah moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she began her career as a Leasing and Relocation Agent. During that time, she assisted long-term renters transitioning into first-time homebuyers, supported property management services, and further developed her passion for helping clients navigate important life decisions with confidence. She continues to maintain her Massachusetts real estate license.

Inspired by the unique character and charm of Boston’s neighborhoods, Kailah looks forward to helping others discover the strong sense of community found throughout Monmouth and Ocean County. Beyond our vast beaches, she is passionate about sharing the rest of what makes the Jersey Shore special — the vibrant neighborhoods, scenic parks and rivers, wooded landscapes and convenient proximity to New York City. 

Kailah maintains lasting relationships by understanding the importance of listening to individuals needs and wants, thereby ultimately creating solutions. She takes pride in her creative skills and persistence. Friends and family would best describe Kailah as someone who's genuine, loyal, empathetic and approachable. Her warmth and compassion allow her to build lasting relationships that extend far beyond the typical client-agent experience.

Kailah joined NextHome Peninsula Realty Group because of its supportive culture and was drawn to their 'Humans over Houses' philosophy, which closely aligns with her own values. She looks forward to creating memorable experiences for buyers, sellers, and renters alike while keeping their best interests at heart, as she understands that finding a place to call home is one of life's biggest decisions.


Currently residing in Bradley Beach with her fiancé Andrew, she is also a devoted dog mom to their 2 year old Puerto Rican rescue pup, Sancho. Family is at the center of everything she does. She is happiest when she's spending quality time surrounded by her loved ones. In her free time, Kailah enjoys watching movies, cooking, skiing and of course spending quality time with her family and friends. Kailah's love for traveling and experiencing the world has allowed her to appreciate many spectacular places such as Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Ukraine, Israel and Spain.
